$50 nonrefundable application fee.
A copy of your secondary school record.
AP or IB SCORES.
Lenguage proficiency ( all students whose native language is not English mus provide proof of language proficiency.)A minimun TOEFL score of 80 on the internet-based TOEFL, 213 on the computer-based exam, or 550 on the paper exam is required to demonstrate proficiency in English.A minimum IELTS score of 6.5 on the academic test.SAT ( score of 530 or higuer on the critical reading or writing section.GCSE score of A, B, or C on the English language exam.IB score of 5 or higher on English language exam.

In addition to beds, desks and dressers, residence hall rooms feature a number of conveniences. Television cable service, a connection to Penn States computer network, adn a microfridge are also available in each room. Laundry facilities and a dinig hall are located in each residence hall area.
